After production and inspection of kitchen cabinets or other styles cabinets, they will be packed in cardboard. First of all, foamed plastics are placed at the bottom of the cardboard ready for panels packing.
And then, every panel in cardboard is separately lined with EPE foam sheets and air bubble films.
After finishing that, foamed plastics are placed at the top of cardboard to ensure that panels are wrapped very well.
Concerning the packing of the glass and countertops, DEEKIMO packs them to a cardboard that is covered with wooden frames. This is particularly important for preventing countertop and glass from breakage during shipment.
Every client who bought DEEKIMO cabinetry products has a contract number for his order. This contract number and product name will be marked on the outside of each cardboard before shipment.
The regular strong packing is done.
Finally, pre-packaged cardboard will be unloaded onto the warehouse waiting for shipment.
After producing the wardrobe products, DEEKIMO usually adopts durable cardboard packing to avoid breakage in transit and suitable for export.

Door leaf is wrapped by PE film and EPE foam.
Edges and concerns are framed by protection foam.
Covering foam sheets on front side and back side.
Finally packed by durable cardboard and sealed by adhesive tape.
Door frame and architrave are wrapped by PE film and EPE foam.
Divided by foam boards in the middle.
Covered by foam boards all around.
Packed by durable cardboard, inserting foam blocks to both ends.
Finally sealed by adhesive tape.
DEEKIMO kitchen accessories are separated packing by cardboard with PE film and EPE foam.
Every accessories cardboard is marked the contract number and product name on the outside of each surface before shipment.
Finally, pre-packaged cardboard will be unloaded onto the warehouse.
